Pequeña empresa familiar de carniceros situada en el centro del casco antiguo. Cuenta con elaboración propia y casera, como antaño de diferentes chacinas y también por sus carnes, especialmente por la de ternera de la Janda. Algunos de los productos a destacar son la Papada Ibérica , Longanizas, Morcillas, gran variedad de Chorizos, Hamburguesas y sus tres productos más afamados, el Almuerzo Campero, la Tarta Cochina y el Lomo en Manteca. Para homenajear este último, el producto más conocido de Vejer, llegaron a promover en octubre de 2015 el día internacional del lomo en manteca.
A small family butchers’ business located in the centre of the old town. It has its own homemade production, as in the past, of different cured meats and also for its meats, especially for the veal from La Janda. Some of the products to be highlighted are the Iberian Papada, Longanizas, Morcillas, a great variety of Chorizos, Hamburguers and its three most famous products, the Almuerzo Campero, the Puig cake and the Lomo en Manteca. To pay tribute to the latter, Vejer’s best known product, in October 2015 they promoted the International Lomo en Manteca Day.
